Leadership Team
Khristy Russ is the founder of Atlas Title & Closing, which she started with her husband Todd in 2012, driven by a need that they saw while working in banking. . With a background in business and education, she has spent her career helping others navigate important decisions with clarity and confidence.
Khristy began her undergraduate education at Oklahoma Baptist University and later completed both her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Before founding Atlas Title & Closing, Khristy spent 20 years teaching business and computer education in the Oklahoma public school system and the Oklahoma Career Tech system. Her experience in education helped shape the clear communication and attention to detail that she brings to the title industry today.
Khristy remains deeply involved in her church community and is especially passionate about women’s ministry, where she enjoys encouraging and supporting women in their faith and daily lives.
Outside of work, Khristy’s greatest joy is spending time with her grandchildren, who keep her busy and entertained whenever she is away from the office.
Khristy Russ, MBE
Hilda Humphrey has been a valued member of the Atlas Title & Closing team since 2014. She brings decades of experience managing people, serving families, and keeping complex daily operations running smoothly.
For over 22 years, Hilda owned and operated a home daycare where she cared for children in the community while also managing three employees. During that time, she developed a strong reputation for reliability, organization, and attention to detail while coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of running a small business.
Today, Hilda continues to bring that same dedication and steady work ethic to her role at Atlas Title & Closing, where she helps ensure transactions move efficiently and clients feel welcomed throughout the closing process.
Family remains at the center of Hilda’s life. She is the proud mother of three sons and grandmother to thirteen grandchildren, and she enjoys attending their sporting events and activities whenever possible.
In her free time, Hilda enjoys quilting, puzzles, traveling, and spending time with friends. She is also active in her church community, occasionally helping in the children’s nursery and participating in quilting groups.
Hilda Humphrey
Todd Russ is a fourth-generation resident of Western Oklahoma. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Todd is also a graduate of the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking. He has specialized training in Asset/Liability Management and Interest Rate Risk Analysis.
Todd has more than 30 years of banking experience. While President/CEO of the Washita State Bank in Burns Flat, his bank was rated as one of the top performing banks in the nation. Todd sold the majority of his bank stock and began management consulting with banks and businesses in 2008. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Bankers Association and Chairman of the OBA Small Bank Council.
Russ served six terms (2010-2022) representing District 55 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives. During his tenure, he served as Chairman of the House Transportation Appropriations and Budget Committee and was a member of House Leadership.
Todd and Khristy Russ live in Cordell and happily married for 42 years. They are members of New Beginnings Assembly of God, Cordell and enjoy time with their three children and seven grandchildren.
Todd is currently serving as the Oklahoma State Treasurer.
Todd Russ, MBA
Jason Randall has been working in the real estate industry since 2018, after spending some time in the banking industry, and brings extensive experience from the brokerage side of real estate transactions.
He began his career helping to found a commercial real estate brokerage in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he gained experience working with buyers, sellers, and investors across a variety of commercial asset classes. In 2022, he earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, widely regarded as the gold standard in commercial real estate expertise.
Today, Jason focuses his work on the closing side of real estate transactions through Atlas Title & Closing, where he helps ensure that transactions move smoothly from contract to closing.
His background representing clients in real estate deals gives him a practical understanding of the challenges that buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders face throughout the process.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jason served six years in the United States Marine Corps, where he held a Top Secret security clearance and worked closely with the U.S. State Department to provide security for American embassies overseas. During this time he lived in Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America.
Jason received a White House letter of appreciation in 2011 for assisting with security during a visit by, then Vice President, Joe Biden to Moscow, Russia.
Today, Jason lives in Altus, Oklahoma. In his leisure time, he enjoys flying his airplane, and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
